¹ Additional hours are at enrolled Maintenance Plan discount. Maintenance Plan hours are non-cumulative and do not carry over to the next month.

³ Turnaround time noted is for urgent edits. Rush Service is available for extensive updates.
⁴ Pay-as-you-go (no maintenance plan) pricing is 5% above our standard hourly rate. Turnaround time is uncommitted.

Robust Web Maintenance Coverage Standard

Cool Plum Design's robust maintenance coverage includes: Web page text edits; new Web pages, forms, and polls, if matching existing formatting/layout; link edits, additions, and deletions; image compression/optimization; and proof-reading of supplied content. Additional services which are not included in the standard Maintenance coverage may be added at the regular rates under the contract terms. Maintenance Plan coverage pricing does not include: content creation; design work; graphics creation; copywriting/editing; or SEO services.

Additional Advantages with Our Web Hosting

Websites hosted on other servers are billed in one hour increments for updates. For clients on our server without a Maintenance Plan, we offer 30 minute billing increments. Sign up for a Maintenance Plan to obtain your best value of 15 minute billing increments. See our detailed chart below.

Standard Hourly Maintenance Rate

Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal. Cash discounts apply for payments made by check or money order.
